The Family Project aims at strengthening the role of the traditional family unit in order to reserve moral and ethical values within society, both locally and worldwide.
The Family Project is seeking to highlight certain issues and challenges that individual and families within our society are facing. With the rapid changes in moral and ethical values within our society there is a great need to address the problems that are coming to the surface.
As a result a series of family Guides have been proposed as a potential source of guidance and support for families and individuals facing specific challenges.
Besides the guide it is envisaged that Right Start will be able to contribute in the following areas
- Analysing problems of the family unit. Research will be conducted to identify the problems that families are facing, therefore cultural, religious, language and problems that we may not be aware of.
- Choosing appropriate solutions to the problem being identified by selecting a number of Academics and Scientists in family-related fields (Psychiatrists- Sociologists- Religious Scholars). Providing them with the research data collected in order for them to analyse and provide applicable solutions.
- Highlight problems and issues which come to light via workshops and seminars by professionals (Psychologist, Sociologist and Councillors) for the various family members.
