The renowned Reformist Mr. Amr Khaled is well known to all viewers of Arabic satellite networks. Mr. Amr Khaled is one of the most famous presenters on Arabic T.V channels, through his very popular programs. The most recent series is" Life Makers" which aims to initiate a sense of positive attitude, enabling all sections of a community to contribute to the development and progress of society. The programs went far beyond being a TV. Series of episodes but became a source of guidance to hundreds of thousands of youths across the world. Inspiring them to participate in both community and charity work.

He writes for newspapers and journals from across the Middle East, including weekly articles for Al-Ahram, Kul el-Nass, Al-Yakdha, Al-Mara'a al-Yaum and Al-Maydan, and has regular columns in Fawasel and Osrati magazines. His programmes and media works have been hugely successful and have received global acclaim. He was voted as the most popular, non-political figure by readers of 'Al-Shabab', one of Egypt's most successful magazines, and has been invited to give public speeches and training courses by statesmen and organisations throughout the Middle East and Europe, attracting audiences of up to 20,000.

He graduated from Cairo University in 1988 with a degree in Commerce and Accounting, became a founding member and partner at the Arab Accountants Bureau in Egypt, and is currently studying for his Ph.D. in 'Peace and Coexistence' at the University of Wales. Amr was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and is married with 2 kids.

Prof Hassan Abdalla comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Professor Abdalla is currently the head of Department of Design Management and communication at the University of De Montford. He is the winner of the IMS Medal for Innovation in Design for Manufacturing for the 21st century from the Centre for Intelligent Manufacture which operates under the auspices of the Japanese Government.

 

Dr. Mohamed Yehia, Executive Director

Dr. Yehia is the foundation Executive Director since 2004 establishment. He graduated from Cairo University in 1981 - Faculty of Engineering. He moved to UK since 1987 and holding now a PHD from Imperial college in London. Dr. Yehia has long experience in Charity work inside and outside the UK.

 

Dr. Hussein Nagi

Dr. Nagi is a consultant in Anaesthesia & Pain Management. He graduated from Cairo University in 1980 and has been working in Ireland and the UK since 1985. His work at the Pain clinic involves treating patients with mainly Neuropathic pains and post laminectomy syndrome, and providing Palliative care advice to the hospice. He gained a Masters degree from Cardiff University in Pain Management, and in 1988 he received his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Anaesthesia. He worked in a tertiary referral military hospital in Saudi Arabia for two and a half years, and also worked in Bosnia with Humanitarian Relief agencies in 1995. Dr. Nagi is married with four children.


Mr. AbdelKader Hafez

Mr. AbdelKader Hafez was graduated from faculty of Engineering in 1965, then her returned to his home land Saudi Arabia and managed to build his own business in different fields, and he has a huge experience in charity work inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

 

Dr. Jamshed Moneer

Dr Jamshed Moneer is an established Management Consultant, having gained a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and then worked as a Management Consultant for three years with Andersen. He has also considerable insight into charity and voluntary sector work and has sought to bring his professional skills and experience to this field. Born in Pakistan and brought up in the UK since the age of 5, he is well versed with the issues of our society while also possessing an appreciation of different cultures. He is married with 2 daughters, aged 3 and 1.

The New York Times Magazine, in reference to Khaled's popularity in Arab countries, described him in its April 30, 2006 issue as "the world's most famous and influential Muslim televangelist." Amr Khaled has recently been chosen as number 13 of the world's most influential people by Time Magazine
